Day-One Game Mode Order
Recommended progression while Ranked is unavailable: Training Mode (30 minutes) → Arcade or Story → Online Versus (test rollback netcode on PS5/Steam cross-play). Skip Ranked until the Ranked Season update arrives. See all modes on the Game Modes page.
All Twelve Launch Fighters
The full roster is playable day one: Aang, Korra, Zuko, Katara, Toph, Sokka, Azula, Kyoshi, Ozai, Zaheer, Avatar State Aang, and Nightmare Korra. Ozai and both Avatar State slots were officially revealed during the July 20 Maximilian Dood stream—see individual character guides.
